Job Responsibilities:

• Operate with the Lead UX and business stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Comfortable illustrating design ideas using sketches, wireframes and user flows.
• Improve UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the products will function and look like.
• Plan and present designs to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Recognize and troubleshoot UX problems – finding appropriate solutions through research and user testing methods.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images – and assist developing these further as the experience evolves.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science or a relevant field – or you’re just very good.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Effective work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• Expert knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud and InVision – or similar products.
• Proficient experience of gathering /analyzing data to feed into design solutions.
• Solid communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Sound time and task management skills.
