Job Responsibilities:

• Draft the words and craft experiences that drive Veem forward. We’re talking everything from what our buttons say to how we market Veem as a whole.
• In-product education, user flows, blog announcements and transactional emails…even ad banners, copy, etc.
• Cooperate with our designers, content team, product managers and product marketers as we build an amazing Veem experience and teach our users how to get the most out of the world’s best payment network.
• Tune in to research (industry, quantitative, qualitative), tinker with different solutions and iterate like crazy until you truly understand what works in all the different nooks and corners of the product.
• Be fluent in the Veem voice and familiarity with our audiences (local, international and business).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years steeped in the art of words (UI/UX writing and content strategy)
• A conceptual mind that considers not just copy, but design and visuals as well
• Can craft copy that is not only compelling and concise, but also user-friendly, appropriate within the given context, and on-brand
• Enjoy carrying out regular analysis and health-checks on an existing copy. This includes analyzing product metrics such as daily sessions, time-on-page, and goal completion rate
• A collaborative, proactive mindset
• Excel in the microcopy weeds AND consider the big picture and long-term vision
• Be a visual thinker who can mind-meld with designers and visually communicate their recommendations.
• Know how to rub elbows with engineers, product managers, designers and other deeply smart, opinionated people.
• Take pride in being great at communicating across multiple channels.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
