Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate collaboratively with teammates during the phases of requirement, design and development to ensure a quality of deliverables and service.
• Draft, develop and maintain large-scale high traffic websites and front-end applications.
• Comply with established standards and processes in delivering deliverables.
• Recognize and escalate any critical issues during the development cycle in a timely fashion.
• Present the support during system assurance test and user acceptance test.
• Produce the recommendation on standards and guidelines for web development.
• Afford the input on the feasibility of new web product/service ideas from a site architecting perspective.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Proficient development experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML for interactive and cross-browser compatible applications.
• Deep development experience in responsive design websites.
• Proven knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (e.g. JSON, XML).
• Demonstrated understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git, SVN).
• Solid understanding of web analytics, SEO, iPhone, Android and social network and video streaming.
• Familiarity with OpenText TeamSite, LiveSite, IDOL or other content management system is a definite advantage.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and Magento is a definite advantage.
• Effective experience, preferably gained in a sizable organization.
