Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the3Plus content management system across both the 3Plus app and web ensuring loyalty offers & rewards and pre-sales (3Arena gig events) are displayed correctly and updated.
- Promote the digital media sales team with the roll-out of the existing partner offer and rewards strategy.
- Maintain the loyalty segment specialist and loyalty manager through the delivery of the loyalty functionality roadmap and assist with the implementation of new trading initiatives.
- Head the day to day execution of3Plus offers, rewards, competitions and presale events that drive the 3Plusbase growth and customer engagement uptake.
- Provide monthly ‘Go To Market’ channel packs & ensure timely distribution to channel owners.
- Represent 3Plus at quarterly meetings with retail and care channels and present the digital content roadmap.
- Direct ad hoc marketing requests from within the business for 3Plus and ensure all necessary governance procedures are in place.
- Support the loyalty segment specialist executing communication campaigns leveraging in-app messaging functionality to drive 3Plus content uptake.
- Run and execute a monthly calendar of rewards campaign activity to drive 3Plus customer engagement.
- Design and launch new events that promote the 3Plus brand and deepen strategic partnerships.
- Operate with the digital and social content and brand teams to ensure the optimum promotion of the 3Plus program and brand.
- Manage 3Plus trading report compilation (weekly, monthly and quarterly reports).
- Be responsible for monitoring and tracking loyalty competitor activity preparing quarterly updates.
- Communicate with the relevant teams (BI, impact measurement and digital teams) to identify and drive reporting improvements.
- Work as customer experience champion ensuring minimal customer issues and resolve same via liaison with the necessary teams (service delivery, customer care, Lumata teams).
- Serve as a key point of contact for 3Plusliaising with digital, brand, care, social, sponsorship and legal and regulatory teams.
Job Requirements:
- Passion for digital and an innovative thinker.
- Effective experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proven track record in Excel and other analytical tools (Jira).
- Customer Focus: a huge appetite to understand the 3Plus ‘bullseye’ and to identify brands that will fit the 3Plus partnership requirement.
- Proven digital customer management experience.
- Passionate about customer experience.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient Telcos/utility experience.
- Demonstrated HTML understanding.
- Strong analytical skills. Great ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and results focused and strong attention to detail.
- A proven ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and across virtual teams.
