Job Responsibilities:
- Improve e-commerce strategy and monitor results.
- Recognize the target opportunities for high potential customers’ segmentation, product lines and promotional possibilities.
- Utilize an existing, country, market-based products and customers segmentation.
- Direct all traffic acquisition and value of each channel (SEO, SEM, Retargeting, emails, content marketing and content display).
- Build campaigns from A to Z in collaborations with other business units.
- Hold to strict ROI rates (budget management) and supports our key KPI.
- Supervise performances and run detailed analysis (improve our Analytics and conversation rate).
- Conduct tests and optimizations to maximize conversions and sales.
- Cooperate with multi-cultural and regional webmasters team, product owner and development team in charge of the technical side of this topic.
- Collaborate with multi-cultural and regional marketing and communication teams to deploy consistent campaigns and aligned branded assets.
- Organize completely (as mini-project) each execution of regional marketing programs and ensuring the added value is met.
- Manage the creation of all reports and figures analysis related to the e-commerce activity.
- engage in the budget building and direct sales targets.
- produce the right environment to ensure everybody’s involvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, computer science or related area.
- Minimum 4 years experience in an e-commerce product or digital marketing project management role.
- Effective experience in Magento and Adobe campaign is a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics and digital media plan.
- Deep working knowledge of social media is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working with and managing 3rd party resources and wide teams across the world.
- Familiarity with project management in an international environment is key.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics at one time.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English language.
- French is a plus but not necessary.
- Solid research and analytical skills and able to work with autonomy.
