Account Director

Job Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on the development and implementation of comprehensive, digitally integrated marketing and communication solutions.
  • Manage the relationship with the customer by looking at expanding sales opportunities and long-term strategic development.
  • Run the vision of collaboration, manage customer satisfaction, and inspire and urge our agency teams to support it.
  • See yourself as an active part of a team that develops innovative and strategically strong solutions to our clients’ tasks.
  • Take over the professional, strategic and organizational management and support of your customer projects, ie conceptual planning, budgeting, autonomous project management from briefing to successful implementation and control.
  • Improve strategic foundations for existing and new customers and develop briefings.
  • Design and implement customer presentations, incl. Success reports, optimization and budget recommendations.
  • Provide and follow-up and management of customer appointments and workshops.
  • Organize a multidisciplinary team of creatives, UX / UI teams, strategists, data and media specialists and external service providers, define the orders and steer their implementation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in customer service and project management in a creative or digital agency.
  • Solid strategic understanding, experience and passion for brand communication and branding.
  • Expert knowledge in classical and digital communication fields, ie planning, coordination and control of all communicative activities and disciplines (360 °).
  • Demonstarted understanding of digital brand management and communication programs.
  • Effective experience in budget planning and budget development (forecast).
  • Proficient experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent and fluent in German as well as English.
  • Ability in the customer guidance, in presentations as well as in negotiations.
