Job Responsibilities:
- Lead client accounts within varying channels, including web/interactive, traditional media, print, branding, broadcast, and social marketing.
- Direct the execution of client work and also manage the project manager’s assigned to your accounts.
- Responsible for ensuring that all creative work follows our established agency process as well as keeping client satisfaction top of mind.
- Head your client’s book of business, managing their goals and expectations
- Aid guide the overall marketing strategy for your accounts.
- Operate with the agency teams to ensure all initiatives are delivered on schedule and on a budget at a high level of quality.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of project/account management experience within an agency setting.
- Effective experience working on web and digital products.
- Expert knowledge of Workamajig and Basecamp.
- Proficient experience working on Higher Education clients is preferred.
- Demonstarted understanding of creative development and production process for both traditional and interactive media-based programs.
- Deep knowledge of estimating, tracking, and managing multi-phase project budgets.
- Proven track record in overall Microsoft package, including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
- Outstanding time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills verbal, written, presentation, phone and email.
- Be outgoing and able to speak directly to clients.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage projects in an organized manner.
- Travel as needed.
- Able to resolves and/or escalates project issues in a timely fashion.
- Able to think strategically, offering solutions that solve multiple levels of client needs.
