Job Responsibilities:
- Work as client advocate and agency liaison.
- Assure that accounts run profitably and smoothly for the agency.
- Learn and understand the client’s business, industry, customers, products, services, and market(s).
- Draft proposals for client assignments.
- Stay the client informed of agency impact on their business, continually creating and communicating the value.
- In collaboration with the 3 Pillars of Rhythm (strategy, design and technology), work to develop ideas, marketing campaign concepts and strategies for clients.
- Discover client business goals and objectives (in terms of sales, market share, competitor products, business challenges and audience segmentation) and assist them in solving marketing challenges.
- Design, update and manage client account profiles (CAPs).
- Liaise with project management team members to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively for account-based clients.
- Perform sales focused discovery and research, and create proposals for clients.
- Produce strategic recommendations for digital marketing services and campaigns to clients that help with customer retention, brand recognition and other related goals.
- Create slide deck presentations related to integrated marketing to educate clients on why certain tactics will help them achieve their goals.
- Lead the development of the strategic marketing and design plan in collaboration with the strategy team and other agency team members.
- Review and provide support to the project management team during billing cycles, especially related to SLAs.
- Perform account and strategic planning under SLA agreements.
- Conduct bi-weekly or monthly check-in meetings with the Strategy Pillar to inform the internal teams of the latest progress and new opportunities with clients.
- Conduct quarterly and annual reports/check-ins with clients during face-to-face meetings.
- Cooperate with the strategy team to review analytics and present report with recommendations to clients to help achieve business goals.
- Serve with specialists from the strategy team to craft solutions based on client challenges.
- Rhythm will maintain an organized library of existing presentation decks (in progress).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of account management experience delivering digital-based solutions and account service for website projects, search marketing, content marketing, paid media, email marketing, analytics, and other online marketing efforts.
- Effective sales experience in working to grow client accounts on an annual basis.
- Proficient experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage paid media.
- Strong automotive experience.
- Demonstarted understanding of data management, analytics, channel attribution and client reporting.
- Proven experience marketing with and proven use of web-based and digital tools such as blogs, websites, and messaging tools along with effective use of agency’s proprietary solutions.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of social platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Sound Apple platform skills are necessary, including internet, email and programs including Keynote and Pages.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple active accounts at one time.
