Account Lead

3Q Digital is looking for an Account Lead in California, United States. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ownership cross-channel project management.
  • Facilitate client calls discussing cross-channel performance.
  • Set client expectations around performance, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Oversee and lead team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years paid search experience (spanning all core AdWords products) and a minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role.
  • Demonstarted understanding of SEM and be skilled at effectively communicating paid search goals, targets, and tactics to clients and can get into the weeds when necessary on all things paid search.
  • Effective prior work experience delivering quantifiable improvements in ROI and CPA across all channels.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills: you’ll need to be able to oversee several projects and effectively communicate and teach optimization tasks to multiple team members at once, all while looking for opportunities to streamline account work through automation and developing a QA plan for each client.
