Account Manager

Think Jam is looking for an Account Manager in London, United Kingdom. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve and own campaign strategy together with the Senior Account Manager.
  • Head productive brainstorms, foster innovation and creativity, encourage juniors to contribute, help develop their pitching skills.
  • Design and budget campaigns, ensure that they are delivered on time and to the agreed budget.
  • Lead the campaign workflow with each department, write creative briefs for the studio and review creative output.
  • Manage assets, plan creative work with a Producer and Designers, traffic creative work for approvals.
  • Direct assets, plan coverage with Senior Publicity Managers and Senior Social Media Manager.
  • Undertake in-depth research, provide analysis and insight reports for pitches and campaigns.
  • Promote and maintain excellent mid-level relationships with media and brand partners relevant to the entertainment industries.
  • Perform campaign strategy, deliver agreed elements, evaluate success, report and update clients within the agreed timeframe.
  • Compile, write and edit materials for clients, campaign and management reporting.
  • Show a proactive approach to new business, and support on-going organic growth.
  • Associate in new business pitches with the accounts, creative, media production, publicity and social teams.
  • Represent the company professionally and positively at outward facing business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in client and project management.
  • Effective experience within the entertainment sector, specifically TV, is highly desirable.
  • Expert knowledge and experience of all aspects of digital marketing and communications, specifically social media, from an agency perspective.
  • Proficient experience in planning, managing and delivering digital creative, online publicity and social media campaigns within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Deep knowledge of growing and developing long-term relationships with clients, combined with successful client management and revenue growth.
  • A proven track record for generating impressive results and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Strong fiscal experience including setting and managing budgets.
  • Demonstrate outstanding business, administrative, delegation, time management and communications skills.
