Job Responsibilities:
- Support company accounts and ledgers.
- Sales quotation, invoice generation.
- Track with customers for POs and payments.
- Manage GST, ESI/PF, TDS filings and other statutory requirements with the help of a chartered accountant.
- Reconciliation with the Chartered Accountants for IT and other statutory filings.
- Bank reconciliation of import and export documents.
- Lead petty cash.
- Occasional visits to CA office, tax departments and banks on above matters.
- Promote daily reports on sales, purchases, customer payment receipts.
- General day to day office administration activities, Inspections.
- Email and telephone correspondence.
- Cope up with Standardization and continues inspections.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 1- year experience in related field.
- Effective experience in using Word, Excel.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
- Proven track record in dealing with accounting.
- Tally or equivalent accounting software.
