Accountant & Administrator

2Base Technologies is looking for an Accountant & Administrator in Palakkad, India. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support company accounts and ledgers.
  • Sales quotation, invoice generation.
  • Track with customers for POs and payments.
  • Manage GST, ESI/PF, TDS filings and other statutory requirements with the help of a chartered accountant.
  • Reconciliation with the Chartered Accountants for IT and other statutory filings.
  • Bank reconciliation of import and export documents.
  • Lead petty cash.
  • Occasional visits to CA office, tax departments and banks on above matters.
  • Promote daily reports on sales, purchases, customer payment receipts.
  • General day to day office administration activities, Inspections.
  • Email and telephone correspondence.
  • Cope up with Standardization and continues inspections.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum 1- year experience in related field.
  • Effective experience in using Word, Excel.
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills.
  • Proven track record in dealing with accounting.
  • Tally or equivalent accounting software.
