Associate Digital Creative Marketing Manager

The Walt Disney Company is looking for an Associate Digital Creative Marketing Manager in California, United States. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve and maintain creative timelines with Agency and BU partners, as needed, ensuring that Chase tracker timing is accurate.
  • Enforce timelines and due dates on a daily basis.
  • Communicate to team daily.
  • Plan creative kick-off meetings with agency and business unit.
  • Compile feedback from all stakeholders (marketing team, LOBs, agencies, technical resources, outside partners).
  • Assure all creative pieces follow nomenclature and branding guidelines, as well as legal requirements.
  • Produce all consolidated feedback to Agency/BU.
  • Confirm all changes are incorporated in final creative.
  • Route creative to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Archive final creative and all corresponding approvals on Server and Database.
  • Secure web releases include prioritized updated and enhancements.
  • Associate in Tech calls.
  • Coordinate and execute CMS updates
  • Manage deployment directions with email vendor; includes approval of test creative, deployment timing, required forms if applicable (CRF, linking docs); provide final ok to the vendor.
  • Coordinate updates to Chase.com sites.
  • Build QA process and manage QA documentation.
  • Organize execution of QA conducted by internal and external resources, including the C3 team, Agency, and BU partners.
  • Compile feedback and escalate issues as they arise. Utilize Bugzilla for identifying, monitoring and resolving bugs.
  • Lead resolution of technical issues with the site owner.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • No requirement on a specific area of study.
  • At least 2 years of work experience specifically doing digital creative project and production management.
  • Effective ad agency experience required.
  • Proficient experience in managing websites, online advertising and email campaigns.
  • Demonstarted understanding of digital vehicles and platforms (emails, websites/CMS, online advertising, search).
  • Familiarity with the technical concept and basic knowledge of web development and online reporting tools.
  • Expert working knowledge of the Windows environment and applications such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Solid attention to details.
  • Highly responsive with strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Partner management skills.
  • Sound process orientation.
  • Self-motivated, accountable and highly organized.
  • Ability to see the big picture and still understand and manage details.
  • Ability to understand legal and brand requirements and ensure compliance with them.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with complex projects and constantly shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and juggle multiple deadlines and projects while keeping peers, partners and supervisor abreast of activities.
