Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the different digital campaigns in collaboration with the brand leaders at the strategic level, as well as the execution, budget monitoring, post-mortem and strategic recommendations.
- Perform mid-term strategic recommendations to internal teams regarding the activation of social media and digital activations (web banners, landing page, influencer partnerships, SEM etc.)
- Promote, manage and coordinate the deployment of social media strategies and manage content distribution schedules with agencies as well as the budget attached to these activities.
- Improve, in collaboration with brand managers, e-mail strategies and ensure the respect of the best standards of the industry.
- Organize email campaigns and validate campaign parameters (mailing, segmentation, personalization, A / B tests, etc.) with the agency.
- Community management, management of digital competitions (regulations, partnership, draw, etc.) and management of online promotions.
- Manage the daily budget of the digital and media team.
- Build performance measures, analyze campaigns, produce monthly analytical reports and make optimization recommendations.
- Oversee data to measure the impact of existing actions.
- Design weekly and monthly mailing reports.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1- year experience in marketing, advertising, communication or interactive media.
- Expert knowledge in web marketing and social media.
- Deep knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook ad Manager).
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- Solid project management skills and good analytical skills.
- Demonstrates ease of teamwork and interaction with multiple stakeholders.
- Creativity, dynamism and focus on details.
