Job Responsibilities:

• Run the design and implementation of BI solutions for Tinuiti such as standard reporting and other packaged analytical solutions using agile practices.
• Cooperate with the Data integration and management engineering teams to influence data architecture, data quality and performance considerations.
• Manage ongoing engagement model with BI partners including influencing partner product strategy and roadmap.
• Create out BI-related processes, data taxonomies, technical documentation and participate in user training and adoption.
• Mentor other data analysts and BI developers across the organization on BI best practices and guidelines
• Deal with Ambiguity – Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air.
• Looks toward the broadest possible view of an issue/challenge; has broad-ranging personal and business interests and pursuits; can easily pose future scenarios; can think globally.

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in computer science, mathematics, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Business Intelligence tools and technologies such as Tableau, Datorama, Looker, PowerBI, Domo, Sisense etc.
• Effective experience of designing, building and maintaining compelling reports and dashboards.
• Proficient experience building business intelligence, reporting or analytical solutions for marketing and advertising.
• Proven track record in writing advanced SQL.
• Expert knowledge of AWS and Redshift or other data warehousing technologies.
• Familiarity with R and Python is a plus.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with a cross-functional and geographically distributed team with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
