Campaign and Social Media Executive

Traveloka is looking for a Campaign and Social Media Executive in Manila, Philippines. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the analysis (quantitative and qualitative) assigned to deliver the customer insights, loyalty program metrics or CRM-related dashboards.
  • Improve smart, actionable recommendations and reports that support business growth.
  • Produce custom analyses requested.
  • Head small projects (with supervision/guidance).
  • Operate with various stakeholders.
  • Perform and continuously optimize campaign governance for owned media.
  • Interface with related brand and Accommodation product team to understand social media campaign requirements and work with content, community, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders to execute them.
  • Be the voice of our Accommodation product in engaging with audiences and create best-in-class experiences for its fans and followers.
  • Drive day to day operations of the community, leverage and contribute social media, and drive programs to increase the brand equity through communications, healthy dialogue, engagement and evangelism with customers, partners and prospects in support of marketing and product initiatives.
  • Direct and oversee community program execution through online and offline initiatives.
  • Coordinate social media campaign execution with different relevant stakeholders which include but not limited to content creation, influencer engagement, community engagement, workflow, reporting and analytics.
  • Organize with different stakeholders in the company to engage relevant communities through online and social media and community activations.
  • Determine, monitor, and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for Social Media performance evaluation and implement continuous improvement to Social Media activity.
  • Cooperate with the product team to ensure new product development will always come into consideration for Community and Social marketing activity.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder of any relevant course.
  • Minimum 1- year work experience in managing social media channels is a plus.
  • Solid analytical skills and have the drive to be well-organized.
  • Passion in problem-solving through business, data, and system analysis.
  • Self-driven, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and get things done.
