Job Responsibilities:
- Head content delivery on assigned accounts across a range of industries.
- Hold ultimate responsibility for the maintenance of quality and consistency across all content produced on your accounts.
- Analysis, proof-read, edit and improve existing content, highlighting areas for development and improving the copy.
- Produce engaging content of various kinds including Hero, Hub and Hygiene content.
- Brief and delegate content to the wider team to assist with content delivery.
- Review existing client’s content and offering recommendations.
- Cooperate with other departments to develop content as part of an integrated approach.
- Create client relationships, attending client meetings and calls where required.
- Regularly review our content to measure how it’s performing and how we can take learnings from this to develop and improve it in the future.
- Maintain senior team members on new business requirements and strategic content recommendations.
- Manage ideation sessions and developing content ideas where required.
- Promote and support more junior team members to help develop their writing skills.
- Research and understand the brands you work on and highlighting opportunities for exposure through content.
- Oversee content trends and relevant industry news and sharing this with the wider team.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of content experience (where possible, NCTJ trained).
- Effective proof-reading experience and the ability to evaluate content effectively.
- Demonstarted understanding of the impact of content on user experience.
- Expert knowledge of the commercial value and measuring the success and failure of a project.
- A flexible individual, comfortable with a dynamic, fast-paced environment and communicating at all levels.
- A passion for content marketing is essential, as is your willingness to immerse yourself in client campaigns.
- Solid organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns for brands.
- Ability to write well for a range of sectors and audiences.
- The ability to come up with out of the box ideas that match the campaign objectives.
