Content Manager

DMCC is looking for a Content Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve and execute marketing content strategy aligned to business growth objectives, with a strong emphasis on digital and events.
  • Execute effectively, data-driven, content strategies for lead generation, nurturing and conversion across multiple platforms, including the DMCC website, campaign landing pages, blog, email and social media.
  • Accountable for the development of event, club and agenda content, including planning schedules with business owners, including writing, editorial, final approval of external email communications.
  • Improve both existing conferences in the event portfolio and work with the wider events team to identify new event opportunities.
  • Design long-form multimedia content that establishes DMCC as a thought leader, such as articles, whitepapers and video content.
  • Responsible for the broadcast of content using relevant tools and providing regular reporting on KPIs.
  • Operate alongside the senior digital marketing executive to create content for the different social media channels – written and multimedia.
  • Cooperate with the marketing team to develop a keyword strategy to improve website user experience and SEO.
  • Lead DMCC website content with regular updates and complete performance audits.
  • Promote and maintain editorial calendars and content project plans.
  • Draw insights from marketing analytics to refine content and improve performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (or related years of experience).
  • At least 5 years experience in integrated marketing.
  • Effective experience in project management and digital (SEO or similar) is a plus.
  • Demonstarted understanding and ability to originate and apply marketing concepts through the development of content.
  • International multi-channel content planning, development and deployment.
  • Capability for working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written skills and mastery of the English language.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Ability to lead and support multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to remain flexible.
