Job Responsibilities:
- Support the director, content production with all content projects (scoping, bidding, awarding, casting, pre-pro, shooting, editorial, etc.).
- Recognize and resolve production problems with ingenuity and a contagious “can-do” attitude.
- Day to day support and coordinate multiple ongoing content programs.
- Head physical production of content shoots.
- Daily lead and coordinate crew, vendors and post-production team.
- Book a studio, locations, crew, parking, catering and all other vendors.
- Book and coordinate travel for talent, crew, SF team.
- Operate directly with the director to ensure creative vision is met.
- Organize and manages model castings.
- Supervise model contracts (model packages, rate negotiations and scheduling details).
- Accountable for signage and documentation of NDA and releases.
- Coordinate shipping of drives to post-production partners, when necessary.
- Work with director to implement creative and marketing feedback.
- Handles the purchasing and filing of music.
- Design and manage budget through delivery. Includes actualizing and budget planning for future programs.
- Build and manage timeline and oversight for Post Production team on certain campaigns.
- Cooperate with SF Producers for ongoing content programs and campaigns.
- Handle gathering of crew invoices and receipts.
- Direct projects through tools such as Basecamp, Box, Wipster, Workfront, Frameio.
Job Requirements:
- College degree; BA or BFA preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of content production or program management experience.
- Strong technical skills – MS Office; Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Demonstarted understanding of production process.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sound organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Should be comfortable working under pressure in a fluid environment where new projects pop up on a daily basis.
- Thrives in an intensive, multi-tasking and hands-on environment.
- Should be a go-getter who can take initiative on their own.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to adhere to notes and see the projects through to the end.
