- Set the Creative Strategy and determine the best ways to activate creative across a single channel or integrated channels.
- Operate with Creative Producers, Designers, & Copywriters to help provide creative insights to bring creative campaigns to life.
- Build relationships with clients, helping connect their overall objectives to creative needs.
- Work with new business teams to provide pitch support for the creative team.
- With the support of Manager and VP of Creative, direct client brand workshops and develop roadmaps.
- Use analytics & data such as Google Analytics to discover opportunities and strategies and well as assisting with reporting needs.
- Assure & facilitate cross channel communication both internally & externally.
- Proactively help larger teams to provide POV to clients on industry trends.
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing & creative experience.
- Expert knowledge of multiple digital channels and the best ways to activate them through messaging and design.
- Effective experience working with creative teams.
- The ability to research, find and deliver actionable creative insights.
- Proven experience providing creative strategy across multi-channel relationships.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and peers.
- Solid written and oral communication skills, specifically around presentations.
- Effective time management and project management skills.
