Job Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with our clients and their businesses to create impactful work.
• Aid the marketing team creatively problem solve for multiple clients and brands.
• Stay current in cultural/technological/digital marketing trends.
• Always be improving and learning.
• Lead yourself with little direction to always be productive for the team.
• Track projects in real time (not sometimes but all the time).
• Follow a simple naming convention and organize files.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience and/or can inspire us with your rockstar portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of design software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
• Effective motion graphics experience preferred.
• Strong Hubspot certification(s) preferred.
• Deep knowledge of web development (HTML , CSS & Javascript).
• Open to constructive criticism and customer feedback (i.e. Have thick skin. I mean, we call one of our Jons “H” cause let’s face it—who spells Jon with an H?).
• Be resourceful and a team player.
• be willing to learn.
• Open to brainstorming and idea generation.
• A desire to improve.
• The ability to collaborate creatively with other team members.
• Able to multitask and work on strict deadlines.
