Digital Brand Manager

Unilever is looking for a Digital Brand Manager in New Jersey, United States. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Run consumer digital understanding – consumer behavior, platforms, media, and data to drive personalized content.
  • Manage in e-commerce – implementing premier practices and working with customer teams to grow our e-commerce channel.
  • Support initiatives on data-driven marketing- using data and technical functionality to identify, target and engage with the right customers, at the right time, with the right message.
  • Understood paid search and propose solutions to ensure maximum return on ad spend and delivery of targets, working with brands, agencies and partners (e.g. Google).
  • Demonstrate Unilever’s and external best practices/case examples; identify global standard methodologies for a subject matter expert and search engine optimization and apply to partner projects.
  • Recognize new ways to drive awareness of the brands as well as traffic to .com/marketplaces.
  • Understand influencer outreach campaigns, working closely with Public Relations/trading teams on sampling and influencer partnership opportunities.
  • Associate with agencies and internal teams to optimize social content and digital creative recommendations.
  • Oversee and analyze competitor/external activities on digital-centric initiatives (Innovation/Communication) identifying best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Expert knowledge of how to create, test, optimize digital content and experience leading creative/technical agencies and media partnerships.
  • Demonstarted understanding of digital channels and influencers.
  • Effective experience leading communication through Social Media channels.
  • Proficient experience in SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Email/CRM, Consumer Shopping Engine, Display, and emerging digital channels.
  • Familiarity with web design tools; Experience in online recruiting or digital marketing for consumer services is a plus.
  • Passion for digital space, consumer’s journeys and winning in the marketplace.
  • Aptitude and use digital analytics tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/Target, Facebook Editor, and social media insight platforms.
