Digital Content Coordinator

Snap Inc. is looking for a Digital Content Coordinator in California, United States. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and regularly audit all online support content, creative assets, and internal resources. Update articles based on reporting analysis and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with various members of the Customer Operations team to support the communication of information – via support articles, canned responses, Highspot, Confluence, or otherwise.
  • Proofread, copy edit, and develop a written copy, along with creating instructional videos and images as needed.
  • Work with localization to ensure updated content is translated and available in several languages in a timely manner.
  • Explore and implement creative solutions to further the release planning process.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 1- years experience developing digital web content in a results-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Effective experience in HTML/CSS and SEO fundamentals.
  • Proficient experience managing large amounts of localized, multilingual web content.
  • Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience working in customer support and/or with localization teams.
  • Proficiency in JIRA/Atlassian project management software.
  • Incredibly detailed and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of web design principles and practices, familiarity with utilizing multimedia tools (images and videos), and experience using a content management system.
  • Passionate about supporting our Snapchatters and advertisers, and understands what makes for a good user experience.
