Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the creation of all So Shape content (photo, video, text) within our channels (FB, IG, Snapchat, Mail, Blog and own Website)with our unique and humorous tone of voice.
• Assure the continuous production of inspiring and relevant content for our customers and followers across all media channels.
• Maintain the overall conceptual and creative direction as well as all projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and evaluating the impact with relevant KPIs.
• Instantly deliver our content marketing to the next level and produce meaningful results.
• Create, manage and develop our content team (graphic and motion designers, filmmakers, cutter, photographers and models).
• Determine our future content strategy (the type of content, placement & insights for distribution with the relevant team).
• Develop our reach and impact on our earned social media channels.
• Examine new social media channels, understand and scale them.
• Recognize and market to, through and with influencers (community and external bloggers).
• Promote the impact and efficiency of our content (reporting).

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience in digital content.
• Proficient knowledge of content marketing, with creative problem-solving abilities, an eye for detail and business sense.
• Deep working knowledge to build and lead an agile team of digital content creators.
• Extensive experience with digital marketing, optimization space and key influencers.
• Proven experience with content production, seeding and influencer marketing is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated experience in affinity towards social media.
• Familiarity with driving successful content strategy across channels.
• Interested in learning and adapting to different situations.
• Team player with very high commitment and motivation.
• Fluency in English and French with excellent oral and written communication skills and other languages are a plus.
• Solid management experience in related field with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
