Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the redevelopment of a website from a content perspective by planning, creating, and editing content following best practice principles.
• End-to-end content production including SEO.
• Translate analytics data on how users interact with the site and making recommendations to improve architecture and information flow with the user in mind.
• Publish content on AEM platforms, following best practice principles, customer experience research learnings, quality standards, release processes and ensuring efficient engagement across technology and business teams.
• Supervise the work of other writers and editors and scheduling output accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in your field of expertise.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• An organized, systematic, thorough, accurate and disciplined approach to work.
• Interest in continued growth and development in your discipline.
• Ability to provide innovative ideas to solve problems in your discipline.
• Skilled at navigating a complex organization, forging relationships, and managing through influence rather than direct authority as required.
