Digital Content Specialist

Nestlé is looking for a Digital Content Specialist in Ohio, United States. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with category marketing teams, label development, agencies and customer teams to define the product content and copy and make sure that it is compliant to company and industry standards.
  • Manage overall status and timing of content creation and updates through end to end process
  • Deploy content to the Sales team and/or Customer/Distributor portals
  • Solve any issues with existing content on customer/distributor portals
  • Monitor listing quality and assist with the growth of assigned online marketplace channel across distributor and Route to Market partners.
  • Draft and edit online content, including product titles, copy, bullet points, and keywords.
  • Aid produce and organize product image and video library
  • Track established company and industry guidelines to optimize product description in order to drive e-commerce and online sales.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of the accepted grammatical and proofreading practice.
  • Maintain current knowledge of foodservice food and beverage industry trends to craft messaging that is timely and engaging.
  • Accept new projects as assigned, including expanded content, image direction, and SEO-based product ads.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, digital marketing or journalism preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management, content publishing, content production, or equivalent role.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Adwords and SEO is required.
  • Previous content management a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of content platforms like Salsify, Adobe Photoshop, Salsify, Kwikee a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with SEO content and copywriting
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstarted understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented with excellent time management, great organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Demonstrated communication, relationship building, and team/collaborative skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and sense of urgency.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to embrace change in a growing and evolving business.
