Job Responsibilities:
- Strategize and create website content based on SEO keywords and analytical data.
- Perform analytical reviews to monitor performance and improve online strategies/tactics.
- Provide videos designed to showcase our brand, products and thought leadership.
- Improve and publish multi-media content designed to engage the audience and qualify leads.
- Design a rich editorial calendar and program that attracts a qualified audience to owned content.
- Draft and procure blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks and reports on a wide range of fleet topics.
- Work as a go-to copywriter and editor for campaigns and other content.
- Promote infographics to further convey the LeasePlan story.
- Publish client newsletters and grow newsletter subscribers, converting website visitors into leads.
- Design and support the workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing and retiring content.
- Guage performance analytics and develop a plan to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop organic content on social media channels, driving traffic to the website.
- Perform public relations activities.
- Design and develop an annual PR and communication strategy to increase earned media exposure.
- Draft, publish and pitch press releases, manage news and editorial activities.
- Supervise Online Reputation Management (ORM) program.
- Lead Google and Facebook reviews.
- Maintain LeasePlan’s speaker platform with content, preparation, media training and promotion.
- Develop a program to increase case studies and testimonials.
- Apply for business-driven service awards.
- Act as liaison with corporate digital marketing, corporate affairs and social media team, and agencies.
- Perform research and competitive intel to position LeasePlan as a preferred provider for fleet services.
- Assist as a brand ambassador to ensure all material consistently portrays the LeasePlan brand promise, identity and positioning.
- Recognize new and better ways to manage each essential job function.
- Support the marketing and transformation team with other key initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in digital content creation, social content, website copy and blog content.
- At least 3 years of video production.
- Effective experience managing editorial and public relations programs.
- Proficient experience managing direct reports.
- Proven track record in creating and executing a digital content strategy.
- Expert knowledge of analyzing and communicating results.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales automation, such as Pardot, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.com.
- Above-average organizational, communication and project management skills.
- Deep knowledge of developing digital content strategies and thought leadership programs.
- Strong writing and editing skills, capable of adapting to a variety of mediums, AP Style a plus.
- Above average graphic design; proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Demonstarted understanding of HTML, Adobe Premier and content management systems.
- Sound skills in developing winning SEO content strategies to maximize web presence and performance.
- Ability to work independently and with teams and leaders across the organization.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately and meet tight, fluctuating deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
