Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the overall 48 digital strategies from conception through to implementation and analysis of results.
- Deliver integrated digital media campaigns incorporating PPC, Display Advertising, Social Media, Email, Content marketing and more.
- Manage the planning, implementation, management and analysis of all SEO campaigns.
- Lead and contribute to the creation of digital media assets and artwork for social media, advertising, presentations and website projects.
- Effectively manage the virtual digital team, channels and budget to maximize online inquiry level and ROI.
- Subject for the end to end online customer experience and usability of the 48 portal and app – identify opportunities to optimize and improve online conversion rates.
- Deliver the digital sales and retention targets – measured by prospect volumes, conversions and active base.
- Cooperate with our virtual IT team on new web projects.
- Define, scope and document and test business and technical requirements across the business for all changes and enhancements.
- Direct and manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
- Present proposals, progress reports, results and findings to stakeholders at senior management level.
Job Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including management of client relationships and third-party vendors, with proven ability to build effective relationships and influence peers and decision-makers from all levels.
- Deep knowledge of Web Analytics systems implementation would be advantageous.
- Superior project management skills and proven experience of managing and delivering digital projects.
- Sound business analysis and quality assurance experience delivering best in class digital user experiences.
- Effective experience in technical and creative web development methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Expert working knowledge of design, development and digital practices – content management systems, HTML, usability, analytics, multivariate testing best practices, etc.
- Passionate about all things digital with a wealth of experience in an innovative digital environment.
- Solid leadership and collaborative qualities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
