Digital Marketing Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact and communications lead for your clients.
  • Create and maintain strong rapport and relationships with clients – you’ve got their back!.
  • Set and manage expectations with clients and ensure service and performance meet those expectations.
  • Manage client strategy and deliverables for your clients internally, collaborating and communicating closely with subject matter experts, to ensure they always align with stated goals and milestones.
  • Represent your client’s interests internally with a clear understanding of their business objectives.
  • Understand the performance of Obility’s digital marketing efforts and articulate value to the client in line with their goals.
  • Assure deliverables are of high value that they are delivered on time and on message.
  • Cooperate with the business development team to identify opportunities for growth in client relationships.
  • Schedule and organize customer account calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Keep detailed notes from client meetings.
  • Define and organize tasks for the team using a project management tool (Asana).
  • Occasional travel involved in client meetings, conferences.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1- years of experience working in an agency setting or in a collaboration-heavy project management role.
  • A holistic understanding of digital marketing.
  • Effective experience leading B2C or B2B clients.
  • Proficient experience in managing PPC, SEO and/or Paid Social strategies.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience with marketing operations.
  • Expert knowledge of Marketo.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability as a strong analytical thinker and problem solver.
  • Great ability to translate and articulate marketing strategies and results for a range of levels of experience and expertise.
