Job Responsibilities:

• Design and produce web pages in alignment with VCLS guidelines to support marketing programs.
• Ongoing content renews and maintenance to ensure its effectiveness and freshness.
• Promote SEO by researching keywords, link building, copy, content improvement and other factors.
• Mark and report on all site metrics through Google Analytics.
• Perform content marketing strategy from A to Z including digital assets creation and landing pages.
• Direct and execute all aspects of email marketing campaigns including development (design and formatting), campaign set-up, list implementation, A/B testing and post-campaign analysis and reporting.
• Improve and manage VCLS social media posting calendar, including writing and scheduling posts on LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter (to be created) to drive engagement.
• Plan, measure and maintain marketing metrics dashboards that track marketing effectiveness.
• Produce support for other marketing initiatives and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing (either in-house or agency, B2B preferred), executing and managing to email, social media and SEO.
• Proven experience in website content update (Drupal), with working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Deep working knowledge of SEO tools.
• Effective experience with Google Analytics and MailChimp required.
• Proficient understanding of Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid organizational, project and time management skills with attention to detail required.
