Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance the activation calendar and campaign performance across our franchises, products and retail partners.
- Develop e-commerce media buying based on business and SEO performances (i.e., ROAS, conversion rate, recruitment, average order value, etc.).
- Search marketing optimization Google search, YouTube search and mobile search, branded and unbranded strategy.
- Develop digital adults and kids brand campaigns, programmatic and marketplaces.
- Content Optimization: Site and apps, YouTube Channel, and e-commerce product page SEO and Paid search opportunities.
- Lead a digital marketing budget, optimization of performance, and delivering on core KPIs.
- Follow and analyze the performance of our digital campaigns to provide valuable KPI reporting and learnings.
- Utilize retailer ad solution, reporting tools, competitive research, web analytics and third-party tools to identify and prioritize strategic insights and opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or master economics, sales or marketing, digital or e-commerce specialized master is a plus.
- Effective experience in the consumer and professional goods manufacturer or retail sectors for Tier 1 companies.
- Proficient experience managing media retail campaign (criteo & Amazon) or experience managing paid search campaigns (Google).
- Proven experience in programmatic buying, ad exchange, data and private marketplaces, programmatic or social ad bidding.
- Expert knowledge of Amazon reporting tools (Merch/AMS/AMG/ A+ content) is a plus
- Advanced level of English.
- Business analytical skills and performance media skills, hands-on approach with experience in revenue or results driven activation, IT literate with advanced skills in Excel.
- Solid communication skills you easily establish effective working relationships with different people inside and outside the organization.
