Digital Marketing Lead

Burger King is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead in Singapore, Singapore. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce thought leadership to deliver creative and efficient technical solutions.
  • Manage the development of strategic plans for Delivery, CRM and Restaurant Technology implementation throughout the APAC region.
  • Project manages the implementation of key technology projects, working with key stakeholders throughout the organization, including Global Marketing and Technology Teams, Regional Marketing and Field Teams, Local Franchisee Teams and External Vendor Teams.
  • Oversee and reports all delivery and digital project risks and issues.
  • Head mitigation and resolution efforts to limit risks; escalates as needed.
  • Improve and manages relationships with key vendors.
  • Promote and Monitors key KPIs for each digital project.
  • Provide best practice sharing with Regional and Global stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or related field.
  • Effective digital marketing experience, specifically including developing and executing overall strategy, creating social/digital content and data analysis. Prefer digital marketing experience in the QSR, retail or beverage industry.
  • Expert knowledge of e-commerce, CRM and home delivery experience.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities in complex situations; ability to analyze marketing data and consumer behavior data.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at higher levels internally and externally to impact significant business outcomes.
  • Sound project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Sound presentation skills.
  • Fluent business English.
  • Able to work on multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
