Job Responsibilities:
- Improve, build and continuously optimize campaigns using key digital channels including social, display and SEM.
- Understood business priorities to determine successful digital performance and audience strategies that deliver against engagement, conversion and revenue targets.
- In-depth report and analyze campaign performance to leverage learnings, support media mix modeling and future campaign strategy.
- Produce actionable insights from website and app audience analyses and campaign analysis.
- Audience building management in key digital channels from 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources using Data Management Platforms (DMP).
- Lead the digital performance budget ensuring efficiency of spend and ROI.
- Understand the latest trends in digital technology.
- Stay on top of best practice digital marketing, and share with the team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstarted understanding of audience behaviors online.
- Expert knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and DMP set up.
- Great analytical and project management skills.
- Willingness to adopt a test and learn approach to ensure paid media investment is being deployed most efficiently.
- Solid commercial outlook.
- Sound communication and collaboration skills, including internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Meet deadlines, ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to articulate digital activity in a simplified and effective manner to stakeholders.
