Job Responsibilities:
- Perform overall digital marketing strategies for the CribMaster business.
- Instill strong leadership and build a culture of digital creativity and customer-focus in the marketing department and beyond, including education of cross-functional team members and business leadership on new digital technologies and strategies.
- Cooperate with mobile app and development teams to create consistent experiences and leverage data captured to increase sales.
- Collaborate with the product marketing, brand/communications and product teams to develop and execute leading digital strategies.
- Recognize and develop new opportunities to drive traffic, increase reach, acquire new customers, and increase sales.
- Create and maintain a consistent brand image throughout all digital marketing initiatives across the web, mobile, email, and social owned properties.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create, update, and maintain various digital properties such as websites, landing pages, and microsites.
- Lead large scale web projects from initiation to execution, including gathering stakeholder requirements and feedback and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Operate cross-functionally to develop a consistent online customer experience and identify opportunities to increase conversion and cultivate improved relationships with our audiences.
- Follow the performance of digital marketing campaigns and KPIs.
- Estimate market research, test results, and competitive intelligence to adjust digital marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Produce campaign reporting that includes actionable insights and optimization plans to business leaders.
- Perform and perfect a Salesforce lead routing process.
- Nurture leads through digital marketing tactics like Pardot email campaigns.
- Proactively improve external partnerships and support contract negotiations with external partners and/or vendors to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing investments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Previous account management within a digital agency is a plus.
- Effective experience developing and executing highly targeted B2B digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with and proven track record of leveraging metrics to guide campaign efficiency.
- Demonstrated understanding of web front-end languages (HTML 5, CSS), standards, and best practices.
- Solid project management/organizational skills required.
- Proficient experience in executing B2B best practices in all digital functions including web development, acquisition marketing (email, banner ads, online video, paid search and SEO, etc), and web analytics.
- Expert working knowledge of enterprise content management systems, SiteCore is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Solid interpersonal interactions with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
- Independent, creative self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment.
