Job Responsibilities:
- Operate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing programs, promotions, and content.
- Coordinate tactical implementation of digital product launches, projects, campaigns, activities and communication across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Accountable for maintaining, optimizing and improving all company websites.
- Supervise and implement content changes on SBD websites via CMS and coordinate with corporate web marketing developers overseas.
- Lead social media content postings including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other channels, with agencies.
- Oversee and report on key performance metrics relative to digital and social media presence, and that of organizations within our competitive set.
- Support and analyze KPI reporting and determine actionable items to improve conversion and user experience.
- Perform market research to analyze competition and new web marketing strategies that would benefit our brand.
- Understood search engine optimization principles and implements SEO campaigns to increase web visibility for websites; Help meet website traffic goals.
- Recognize and help maintain industry best practices and techniques in digital marketing.
- Work as a key used for the group’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and provide support in optimizing the user experience.
- Aid the sales team with lead generation and lead management initiatives and procedures; Support e-commerce Sales with seasonal marketing plans.
- Review, audit and QA content and deliverables on a regular basis; resolve an issue or report the error to cross-functional teams.
- Head and routinely update the product photo library.
- Act with creative agencies, other departments, IT and external partners to develop and execute projects and overall digital marketing strategy.
- Analyze new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of development.
- Design and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Create and maintain our social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Produce new and creative growth strategies.
- Design, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Cooperate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Use the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collude with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Estimate emerging technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing, communications,(Preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.
- Effective experience in managing more complex web development and marketing projects, including working closely with IT on integrations.
- Familiarity with web marketing tools, CMS web authoring software, social media.
- Proficient experience in executing best practices in all digital functions including web development, acquisition marketing (email, banner ads, online video, paid search and SEO, etc), and web analytics.
- Expert working knowledge of content management systems, product information management systems, and digital assets management platforms.
- Deep knowledge of mobile marketing and commercialization — mobile app development, connected tools and responsive sites and landing pages.
- Proven experience with web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics).
- Great attention to detail.
