Job Responsibilities:
- Operate alongside with the team-lead and agencies on conceptualizing and strategizing on data-driven digital projects.
- Accountable for articulating and communicating the digital marketing strategies to local markets in the region for their adoption.
- Run new digital innovation projects in the field of attribution modeling and analytics by bringing the latest thinking in AdTech and Martech.
- Execute best-in-class digital and data-driven marketing strategies across paid, owned and earned media.
- Act along-side with the team lead and agencies on designing and executing regional flagship and mid-tier campaigns from brief to the final implementation stage.
- Determine clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and key performance drivers (KPDs) across paid/owned/earned channels to deliver the business results.
- Follow and monitor the performance of digital campaigns against the established business KPIs.
- Improve digital KPI and KPD frameworks and track performance on a regular basis.
- Analyze the effectiveness of individual campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Enable markets to optimize the campaigns based on the established KPDs to drive higher performance.
- Promote monthly/Quarterly/Annual updates.
- Create a strategic narrative on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across the region.
- Cooperate with marketing teams and agency partners.
- Join with marketing teams globally and in-country to drive best practices in digital marketing to drive business results.
- Effectively and timely liaise between 8 markets in the SEAO region to ensure support in resolving local market campaign issues.
- Collude with agency partners across media, creative, data analytics and technology to develop cutting-edge and innovative campaigns.
- Design strong relationships with digital channel partners e.g. Google, Facebook, and other leading digital media partners to drive innovative marketing strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, an MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 8 years experience working exclusively in Digital marketing for a Tech/ Electronics/ CPG Marketer / Finance.
- Willing to travel regionally (~25%) and at short notice.
