Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytics to help outline objective-oriented targets and budgets.
  • Use historical data and market trends to help inform and direct campaign planning initiatives.
  • Oversee and optimize all digital marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and overall ROI.
  • Assure all team KPI’s are on track to achieve monthly and event-based targets.
  • Educate the organization and develop new insights to optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Improve and own the development and upkeep of daily/weekly/monthly/annual tracking & reporting dashboards.
  • Promote and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Recognize, develop, and maintain objective-oriented audience segments to be utilized by the advertising team.
  • Follow and report on the performance of each audience segment.
  • Analyze all digital marketing efforts and key metrics daily.
  • Communicate with various departments, providing best practices and actionable insights.
  • Report paid campaign results back to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze and champion the latest developments in digital marketing strategy, emerging platforms, advertising innovation, and the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing social media and digital analytics.
  • At least 3 years of experience using third-party analytics tools & resources (i.e. Tableau, Supermetrics, etc.).
  • Expert knowledge of and experience using various digital marketing platforms.
  • Effective experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Profiient experience in campaign management, implementation, and optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of effective data management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the martial arts or general sports media industry.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Able to think, plan, and execute autonomously.
