Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy/budget aligned with Evanta’s key business objectives.
  • Run qualified sponsorship leads to key conferences.
  • Drive attendance to key conferences.
  • Elevate awareness of Evanta as a market leader.
  • Operate with the greater marketing team to generate appropriate ad copy, messaging and landing page. content, ensuring all content is optimized for SEO.
  • Draft compelling ad copy based on industry best practices.
  • Act with the greater marketing team to create best in class landing pages optimized for conversion.
  • Define appropriate report metrics and systems for planning and measurement of success.
  • Assure proper tracking is in place for measurement and attribution.
  • Track spend against budget (CPL, CPA, ROI) and results against goals (MQL, SAL, SQL).
  • Improve a regular reporting process and cadence for campaign performance tracking.
  • Recognize trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize ad copy, channels/tactics, spend, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • BS Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, B2B experience preferred.
  • Effective experience with Google AdWords/Tag Manager/Analytics.
  • Proficient experience managing and running campaigns on social channels, specifically LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to explain and validate spend with data.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Creative problem solver with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated individual with a strong bias toward action.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage/prioritize incoming requests.
