Job Responsibilities:
- Define and rolling out of a Global social media strategy.
- Run a social selling program within Travelport.
- Lead multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the greatest creation and collaboration of content to support social media efforts.
- Manage the reporting and increased performance over the areas that this role will lead on.
- Inspire others to participate and create a best-in-class social engine.
- Head stakeholder relationships to contribute to marketing activity by providing consultancy and advice around social media, paid media, content marketing and acquisition techniques.
- Utilize your wider digital skills to support the team across media planning, PPC, content creation and marketing performance.
- Be the voice of Social Media and Digital best practices, helping to create a center of excellence amongst the digital team.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience Social Media Manager/Head of Social or equivalent marketing agency experience
- Solid skills in social media.
- Proficient experience in B2B essential, B2B technology even better.
- Sound in your understanding of paid media (paid social, PPC etc).
- Expert knowledge of social tools – social listening tools, social management tools and paid social platforms.
- Demonstarted understanding of other marketing tools preferred: Google Analytics, Marketing Automation tools, CMS platforms, etc.
