Job Responsibilities:
- Create messaging programs, especially email, and execute campaigns that improve adoption of our solution
- Engage customers by identifying key audience segments to target with the communication of the appropriate messages at the right time.
- Leverage data to segment target audiences, trigger campaigns, and personalize content.
- Improve innovations that will help drive desired customer behaviors (including adoption, engagement, and utilization), and inform them of new product developments, service changes, promotions, and optimization opportunities.
- Achieve and continuously improve key marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.
- Operate independently and with designers to develop creative visual content.
- Work with content writers to develop compelling marketing campaigns in support of new customer acquisition.
- Lead iterative A/B testing processes to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics of campaigns and set up test plans to improve results.
- Follow digital marketing best practices, monitor industry trends and make recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or other related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in online marketing, with a focus on digital channels
- At least 2 year’s experience building and managing email campaigns; including building, testing, and sending campaigns.
- Effective experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data
- Proficient experience using and editing HTML
- Proven track record in B2B, digital advertising, and ad-tech products/services
- Strong experience as a writer or content marketer
- Expert knowledge of setting up automated marketing communications
- Deep knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting
- Familiarity with analytical tools and the ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
- Demonstarted understanding of working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, social, SMS, web analytics, CRM, business intelligence, and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and/or Marketo
- Experience in graphic design in an agency, marketing, or communications setting
- Solid execution capability with the highest standards in a rapidly evolving business
- An online portfolio of work demonstrating digital marketing experience across a range of projects, brands, and/or industries.
