Job Responsibilities:
- Track success metrics through reporting and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Procure website/landing page design, paid search and social campaigns, and analytics.
- Website management, including implementing content updates, optimizing for search, addressing technical issues, site and landing page design, and track and improve overall website performance.
- Lead/nurture email marketing campaigns.
- Interpret complex business requirements and sales objectives into actionable and measurable digital marketing programs.
- Produce strategic and operational expertise on website strategy, multi-channel user journeys, visitor engagement, marketing automation, demand generation, lead management (Salesforce), online conversion, mobile and social marketing.
- Associate with internal stakeholders such as Product, Sales, Regional Leads, and Franchises, etc. to create demand generation campaigns, marketing automation initiatives, e-mail marketing campaigns, and lead management in HubSpot and while continuously monitoring campaign performance and sales impact.
- Work as a digital evangelist to cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
- Design water-proof marketing concepts, process flowcharts, wireframes, page layouts, user journeys, roadmaps, task lists including management reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience preferably in a digital marketing role.
- Effective experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, SEMRush, and Salesforce.
- Proficient experience with website/landing page design paid search and social campaigns, and analytics.
- Demonstarted understanding of website architecture best practices including content/keyword optimization.
- Certification in digital strategy, web development, Google Analytics or related field a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, problem-solving, entrepreneurial thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Solid self-drive and sense of accountability.
- Fluency in Spanish or German language would be a great asset but is not required.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
