Job Responsibilities:
- Run, design and deliver digital implementation into LEGO Education’s core regional markets.
- Improve strategies for successful in-market execution, delivering local language digital content aligned to national STEAM agendas and curricula.
- Deliver global digital marketing projects in association with colleagues in the global Brand, Insights and Communications teams.
- Cooperate with regional markets to lift partner digital marketing capability.
- Perform data-driven analysis to inform digital performance metrics.
- Recognize new digital routes to market to remain ahead of the market trends.
- Report on regional digital market trends to inform and develop a global marketing strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience of delivering internationally-focused digital marketing projects.
- Proficient experience leading successful digital marketing projects in the education sector.
- Strong digital marketing background, ideally with including agency experience.
- Deep knowledge about digital trends and the global digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record in engaging a wide range of stakeholders in a global organization.
- Result Orientation: Focus on quality in execution, clear analysis and sustainable results.
- A solid communicator with energy and passion for your area of expertise.
- Able to work with and inspire a wide range of people from different parts of the business.
