Job Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the timely delivery of data-driven marketing (DDM) digital campaigns and always on activities based on integrated marketing briefs (media, performance, search and 1:1) provided by a brand.
- Recognize digital hub capacity and feed into Digital Lead and/or Agile Delivery Manager.
- Draw on the resource (internal and external partners) to form an agile, cross-functional team and project manage DDM activity on time, in full, to budget.
- Day to day leads the delivery and performance of a team of circa 8.
- Track up with brands to make sure briefs are integrated and provide clear input for the agencies including KPIs.
- Assure activity coming into the Digital Hub has clear hypotheses and test matrix developed by the agency and/or digital and brand leads.
- Run Digital Hub to ensure campaign segments are sizeable, addressable, measurable, actionable and ensure creatives are relevant to specific audiences.
- Play a key role in the sign-off of campaign set-up in collaboration with brands, by managing the Digital Hub to organize the set up of e.g. tags and audiences to ensure we are adequately prepared to launch a campaign.
- Be a key point of contact for executive agencies and liaison between them and the brands.
- Manage the Digital Hub and /or external agencies to interpret available data to enable in-flight optimization, providing optimization recommendations alongside other hub members and in collaboration with the brand manager.
- Direct the Digital Hub and/or external agencies to share regular reporting on initiative performance.
- Champion the continual improvement of DDM processes and ways of working.
- Be responsible for the delivery of case studies to demonstrate and share DDM learnings and/or innovation.
- Proactively seek opportunities to influence the introduction of DDM innovations e.g. AI couponing i.e. to experiment with different/new ways of doing DDM.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience in leveraging data to (re-)target consumers and leading execution of digital marketing campaigns by working collaboratively with a broad cross-functional team of specialists and partners (agency/industry).
- A demonstratable obsession with Consumer Journey mapping and Consumer Experience management, activating reach/ engagement opportunities and driving conversion across key touch-points.
- Proficient experience leading agile teams in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously.
- Proven experience in business process improvement through a continuous test and learn approach.
- Expert working knowledge of Agile practices and how they can be deployed to work on digital marketing activities.
- Passion for the digital world and its implications for business.
