Job Responsibilities:
- Improve and execute digital marketing campaigns for promos, tests and website maintenance to enhance conversion and revenue based on qualitative and quantitative sources of data.
- Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses.
- Devise strong creative, data and SEO driven strategies to steer online direct traffic to the designated websites.
- Draft subject test plans (A/B and multivariate) and provide recommendations on a copy, images, layouts, and offers that will help to increase conversion.
- Cooperate with organic and sales teams and brainstorm new testing ideas.
- Collude with our internal design team to recommend changes based on winning test results.
- Collaborate with web designers to discuss design requirements.
- Keep up to date with marketing and PPC trends and tools.
- Promote and maintain expert knowledge of all reporting tools ex; Data cubes.
- Aid create initial, quarterly, and monthly reports based on test results and other ongoing initiatives.
- Produce quick and efficient data reporting as requested by the Manager, Director & other team members.
- Create ad-hoc and periodic reports in order to monitor KPI’s and campaigns performance.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies & return of its ROI.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in business/marketing.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Digital background with strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing tools and strategies.
- Previous campaign execution from concept to lead generation and revenue is essential in this role.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and digital marketing campaign optimization, User Experience, and landing page optimization.
- Demonstarted understanding of basic website design and development.
- Comfortable with gay and transgender content (as a part of the job will be to increase KPIs on gay networks).
- Creativity
- An organized person able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, VBA, etc.)
