Digital Marketing Specialist

Honeypot Marketing is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Ontario, Canada. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Draft, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Guage and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Recognize trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Produce new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Cooperate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Use the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Collude with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Estimate emerging technologies.
  • Present thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Effective working experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficient experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Proven track record in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Expert knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Deep working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., AdButler, DART, DoubleClick).
  • Demonstarted understanding of setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Bing AdCenter and Facebook campaigns.
  • Sound working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
