Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a Kanban environment and continuous delivery.
- Design and manage the product backlog prioritizing it based on business value and technical complexity.
- Follow the development of the product from start to end in close collaboration with the technical team to ensure fast delivery.
- Customer needs examination and reporting (internal or external) with the marketing department inputs.
- Direct Focus Groups and workshop to determine the needs and requirements.
- Benchmark of existing solutions and of the field of possibilities.
- Assistance in the prioritization process.
- Plan and draft of the specifications and calls for tenders.
- Run and management project engagements (scope, budget, time frame, quality).
- Drafting of the roadmap, plannings, resources and sub-projects.
- Organize the work with different stakeholders (internal or external).
- Coordinate project release and changelogs (with technical, marketing, customer service and communication roles).
- Technical and functional reporting and continuous training for end users.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a business or engineering school.
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management and a digital company.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and associated concepts (Scrum and Kanban).
- Deep knowledge and passion for the gambling sector (sports betting, horse racing, poker), it’s a real bonus.
- Solid technical culture and a deep appreciation for business issues and customer-centricity.
- Fluent French and English is a requirement for the position.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
