Job Responsibilities:
- Improve comprehensive, forward-looking data-driven and digitally integrated branding, communication, sales and campaigning strategies.
- A key role and position of the brand and communication strategic leader in a multidisciplinary team of experts from all disciplines such as Data Analytics, Data Sciences, Digital Strategy, Creation, UX / UI, Content, CRM and Technology.
- Close networking with IBM iX experts.
- Inspire the agency team and your clients and find new ways of communicating.
- Detect consumer insights and cultural tensions.
- Promote creative briefs.
- Accountable for strategic consulting for our customers.
- Provide and content management of digital strategy projects.
- Prepare and execute workshops (also at the customer site).
- Operate out convincing presentations.
- Role as a source of ideas and impulse and sparring partner for customers, creation and consulting.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the strategic planning of a creative or digital agency.
- Effective experience in managing strategy projects for large and small brand customers.
- Expert knowledge of Best Brand Practices.
- Proficient experience and security in the planning, coordination and support of digital marketing projects.
- Proven track record in the definition, collection and evaluation of KPI / metrics.
- Demonstarted understanding of all types of communication channels and their requirements and impact, especially in the digital domain (social, content, and/or engagement planning).
- Proven success in the initiation, control and implementation of complex digital projects.
- Creative brand sense, visionary spirit, conceptual will and the passion to implement your concepts with multidisciplinary teams.
- Consulting competence and secure appearance at C-level.
- Outstanding communication skills in German and English.
