Job Responsibilities:
- Lead e-commerce trade marketing, drive countries to execute online animations and promotions to meet commercial objectives.
- Operate with brand teams to ensure we have the right level of digital media investment that maximizes online sales.
- Make recommendations on traffic optimization leading towards better media efficiency.
- Produce fact-based input to the brand teams to ensure that product offers to meet the e-commerce need across different countries.
- Optimize e-boutique journey, maximize user engagement and conversion rate.
- Based on strong data analysis, develop a solid understanding of our customers’ onsite behavior and set merchandising action plans accordingly.
- Assure that segmentation and personalization opportunities are used to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Share recommendations of the website design, initiate new features and online tools based on merchandising best practices.
- Run the APAC AB / MTV testing roadmap.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving online sales & online merchandising.
- Expert knowledge in online traffic acquisition and conversion optimization.
- Confident, articulate, able to inspire strong collaboration with brand teams and countries.
- Comfortable challenging our online performance based on facts and industry best practices.
- Analytical, familiar with a web analytics tool, AB testing platform, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud a big plus.
- Motivated and wants to influence and make an impact.
- Comfortable working with teams from all levels.
