E-Commerce Solutions Lead

Visa is looking for an E-Commerce Solutions Lead in London, United Kingdom. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be a Visa authorizations expert for e-commerce transactions in general and in the context of European PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements.
  • Work as a key expert/consultant with key clients, including merchants to optimize the e-commerce experience, in general, and in the context of PSD2.
  • Build relevant performance measurements to drive growth in the e-commerce channel working with stakeholders to ensure KPIs are reported and are achieved.
  • Improve insights to inform the development of Visa Solutions and strategies that enable both the London based and regionally based product staff to drive e-comm growth and experience optimization for their markets.
  • Run and support acceptance and ecom related rule development and/or review
  • Document technical requirements for development or enhancements of solutions
  • Promote collateral to communicate strategies, rules and guidance on ecom for internal and external stakeholders
  • Produce support on day-to-day product queries, waiver management and client-facing meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advance degree desirable.
  • Effective experience of product and solution development with a deep understanding of the payments industry and card payment transaction processing.
  • Familiarity with merchants and/or gateways providers desirable.
  • Demonstrated understanding of European regulation (PSD2 SCA) and ability to develop solutions that maximize consumer and merchant preference for Visa.
  • Exceptional communicator able to confidently interact with relevant stakeholders, building relationships across all levels of Visa and client organizations.
  • Motivated team player.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for authorization optimization and for Visa Product to create market-leading e-commerce solutions that will satisfy customers and grow the business across regions.
  • Ability to identify unmet client needs and create relevant Visa solutions.
  • Ability to drive and manage product development and enhancements projects from start to finish, from business case development and design of technical requirements to commercial readiness involving, pilot, launch plan, communication and operational support.
