Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the needs of a wide range of clients and ensuring they have the best possible experience working with us.
• Improve customized Uberflip experiences flawlessly.
• Operate within the existing technical framework, but also finding creative ways to work outside of the box when needed.
• Cooperate with the customer success team and proactively identify opportunities that can drive upsell and cross-sell.
• Design technical content for the Uberflip Knowledgebase.
• Put on your problem-solving hat, every day is different here.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1- year experience in the related field.
• Effective experience in JavaScript (jQuery).
• Expert working knowledge of ES6 is required.
• Proficient working experience in SCSS/CSS.
• Proven track record in dealing with HTML.
• Deep knowledge of Git version control.
• Familiarity with Node.js and Liquid.
