Job Responsibilities:
- Evolve communication strategy that speaks to both varying shopper and expanding VIP capabilities as a best in the class loyalty program.
- Work as a leading pillar as VIP adopts a ‘data-first’ mindset.
- Participate in and implement communication performance/learnings that continually optimize our digital communications programs.
- Share shopper insight and trends throughout the organization that helps inform the business.
- Cooperate to define and evolve LEGO Retail’s email contact strategy.
- Promote member experience through enriched, targeted digital communications and content.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience in managing and growing highly targeted communications.
- Proficient experience of HTML coding and building of e-mail campaigns.
- Proven experience of using Adobe Site Catalyst, Dreamweaver, and digital wallet technologies a plus.
- Analytically capable, able to derive insight to improve future campaign performance.
- Forensic attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities based on up to the minute business needs.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a cross-functional, team-based environment.
